The Alabama Fashion Alliance has a goal of uniting and advancing the fashion industries on a local, state, and national basis. Our mission is five-fold: 

1) Develop and empower the fashion industry in Alabama and adjacent states;

2) Establish a forum for fashion industry professionals through FWA-Hsv Magazine, AFA Television, networking events, mixers and related activities;

3) Provide seminars and mentoring programs to aspiring and established designers, models, stylists, cosmetologists and photographers;

4) Offer a venue for display of fashion industry work in fashion shows, creative workshops, magazine and television features, photo shoots and other activities; and

5) Support fashion retailing.
